All work and parts supplied by Mobile Phone Repairs NZ Ltd are covered by 30 days warranty.
Parts are supplied to perform a particular function, if the part fails to perform that function and the cause is not listed as an exception below, then the part would be replaced under warranty.
Labour required to replace the warranty part is also covered.
Items requiring warranty repair are to be returned to our office for resolution.
Warranty does not include
Damage caused by any liquids
Misuse of the device
Any breakage caused by physical impact
Cracks that develop in LCD or screen glass
Problems resulting from software updates
Warranty period starts
From the date of the invoice issued to the customer.
Warranty period ends
After 30 days from the date of the invoice issued to the customer.
This includes all public holidays and weekend days.
The warranty only applies to the customer named on the invoice.
Warranty is not transferable should the device be sold during the warranty period.
